DEPARTURES: These are subject to the current timetable which can be viewed on the Magic Travellers Network website www.magicbus.co.nz/main/Timetable/

*There is no service on Christmas or New Years Day.

DEPARTURE POINTS: Magic picks up from a selection of hostels, Once clients have confirmed their accommodation, they should contact the Magic Office to confirm the best pick-up point and time for them.

DEPARTURE TIME: The pick up time is dependent on the departure point, so please confirm with the Magic Travellers Office.  

RESERVATION PROCEDURE: This is an open dated product; therefore a fixed arrival date will not be booked with the supplier. In order to generate a firm reservation the passengers must contact the supplier 24 hours prior to their arrival.

VOUCHER EXCHANGE: Passengers starting their travel in Auckland should go to the Magic Travellers Network Office located at:

120 Albert Street – AucklandCity Centre.

Once travel has commenced the Magic Driver will issue a Magic ticket.

The office is open 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday/7am to 5pm Saturday and Sunday.
